Anthony Sages attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he received a football scholarship to play for the NCAA Division I Mocs in the Southern Conference. Continuing at Chattanooga after completing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Anthony Sages went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in 1983. Joining the international insurance and financial services giant AXA Financial, Inc. as an entry-level wealth advisor, Anthony Sages earned membership into the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table association in his first full year with the company. Representing the top 1% of life insurance and financial services professionals from 464 companies and 80 nations, Million Dollar Round Table associates must demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of financial products and meet strict ethical guidelines. Finding success at AXA Financial, Inc., Anthony Sages rose quickly through the ranks, serving four years as a Divisional Vice President, three years as a Divisional Executive Vice President, and six years as a General Manager for the firm in New York. Promoted to President of the Northern Division in 2001, Anthony Sages served in that position until 2007 when he received a promotion to Chief Sales Officer and Divisional President of AXA Advisors, LLC. Providing strategic planning to the field resources team, Anthony Sages holds responsibility for the recruitment of new financial services representatives and for retaining the most productive associates in the company. Overseeing 2 divisional presidents, 70 branch managers, and more than 7,000 financial services professionals, Anthony Sages has a proven record of stability and success with one of the world’s leading corporations.
